About the Military Order of the Stars and Bars
The Military Order of the Stars and Bars is a group founded in 1938 by the last of the Confederate Officer Corps and is restricted to Men of good character who are descended from Confederate Officers and Members of the Confederate Government. It is part of our charge to locate, restore and tend Confederate Officers graves.
If there any menfolk who take pride in their Confederate Ancestry and wish to engage in projects that will honor them and learn more about our Southern History, they may contact Bert Blackmon. We have many projects on tap and need all the help we can get. (Bert is also a member of the ACPA)
